1. Agreement
By using rautingtech.com or rautingtech.ca (the "Site"), operated by RautingTech Inc. ("RautingTech", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. The Site and live demos
The Site exists to describe our services and let you experience working demonstrations of them. Demos — including the AI-in-Production demo and the site assistant — are provided for evaluation only:
- Demo output is generated by AI systems against curated demonstration data. It may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and is not professional, legal, or business advice.
- Demos are capacity-limited. We may throttle, limit, or suspend access to keep them available for everyone.
- Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer with fixed pricing or scope; client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence over these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or demo output;
- probe, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Site's security or rate limits, or use automated means to flood its endpoints;
- submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through forms or demos;
- misrepresent demo output as our professional advice or as a deliverable.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and code are the property of RautingTech Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international law. You may not reproduce them beyond normal browser use without our written permission. "RautingTech" and the RautingTech logo are trademarks of RautingTech Inc.
5. Third-party platforms and links
The Site references third-party platforms and may link to external sites (for example, professional networks we integrate with). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its demos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RautingTech Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on demo output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you when we last did. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
