The call comes in · Dynamics 365 & Power Platform · 9:00 p.m.

We bring Dynamics 365 estates back under control.

We work with organisations running Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in production. When flows misfire, releases drift or an implementation stalls, we find out why, fix it so it stays fixed, and leave your team able to run it.

Dramatisation

These four calls come in more often than any others.

If one of these sounds like your week, you're in the right place.

Loop

A flow keeps firing itself

It updates the record that triggers it, so it runs thousands of times and bills, emails or escalates on every pass.

Hidden failure

Runs say Succeeded. They didn't.

A step failed and the error was swallowed, so the dashboard stays green while the work never happened.

Drift

Test and Production don't match

Someone edited a managed solution by hand in Test or Production, and the next import quietly changes nothing.

Stalled

An implementation that lost its way

Go-live slipped, the partner moved on, and nobody can say what's built, what's broken or what's left.

What does a Dynamics 365 consultant fix?

The short answer: whatever makes your estate unpredictable. Here's what that usually means.

  1. 01
    Estate review

A read-only look at your environments, flows, solutions and releases, delivered as a ranked fix list with the effort for each item.

  2. 02
    Implementation rescue

Triage of a stalled or failing rollout, a plan your leadership can sign, and delivery that ends with your team owning it.

  3. 03
    ERP and system integration

Dynamics 365 connected to ERP and finance systems such as SAP, through integration platforms or Power Automate, with failures that alert instead of hiding.

  4. 04
    Dynamics 365 Field Service

Work orders, scheduling, technician mobile and photo capture, configured for how your crews actually work.

  5. 05
    Release control (ALM)

Development, Test and Production that match. Solution layering, pipelines and release gates, so a deployment is a decision.

  6. 06
    Run and support

A care plan after the fix: monitoring with Flow Trace, a monthly review, and a named person to call.

What is a Dynamics 365 estate review?

The questions buyers usually ask us first.

Last updated

Do you work with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service?

Yes. The work centres on Dataverse, Power Automate and the model-driven apps underneath all three, with Field Service as a particular strength.

Can you take over from another Microsoft partner?

Yes. The estate review is designed for exactly that: a read-only look at what's built, what's broken and what's left, before anyone commits to more work.

Who actually does the work?

Vince Rauti, the founder. There's no junior bench. If a project needs more hands, you'll know who they are and why before they start.

Do you need admin access to our environments?

No. Reviews run with a read-only role. Write access is requested only for agreed fixes, named with its purpose, and removed at handover.

Where are you based, and do you work outside Ontario?

Toronto, Ontario. Most of the work is remote, so clients across Canada get the same service as clients down the street.
