RautingTech Inc. is a Toronto practice founded by Vince Rauti. It has three practices: custom software development, application solutions and rescue, and support and care. It also builds its own product, Flow Trace.
Rauting rhymes with "outing".
Why I started RautingTech.
I've spent twelve years inside the systems businesses run on. Most of that time went into automating IT service management, DevOps and business workflows. Then I moved into architecting the CRM, ERP and integration platforms around them, and rescuing the implementations that went wrong. Across more than a hundred platforms, the same night kept happening: something breaks after hours, and the people who have to fix it can't see what ran.
The tools show one piece at a time. The documentation is a year out of date. The partner who built it has moved on. So a smart team spends the night guessing.
RautingTech exists to end that night. I trace what actually happened, fix it so it stays fixed, write it down, and hand you the keys. When I couldn't find a tool that answered "what touched this record?", I built one. That's Flow Trace.
I keep the practice small on purpose. You work with me directly, from the first call to the handover, so nothing gets lost between the person who scoped the work and the person who does it.

Source, cloud, documentation and licences in your name from day one.
- 02Read-only until writing is the job
I ask for the least access that works, and I tell you why I need each permission.
- 03The price before the work
Every step has a written scope and a stated price before it starts.
- 04No surprises in Production
Changes go through your release path. Nothing is hand-edited in Production.
- 05I'll say when it isn't a fit
If someone else would serve you better, I'll tell you on the first call.
