We make the systems your business runs on do what they promised.
Service desks, CRM, ERP, field service, the integrations between them, and the monitoring and security tools around them. We implement them properly, rescue the ones that stalled, and leave your team able to run them.
These are the calls we get most often.
Whatever the platform, the night looks the same. If one of these sounds like your week, you're in the right place.
The rollout lost its way
Go-live slipped, the partner moved on, and nobody can say what's built, what's broken or what's left.
An integration fails quietly
Two systems stopped agreeing hours ago. The dashboard is green and the first alert is an angry customer.
Nobody can say what changed
A record, a ticket or an invoice changed on its own, and the platform can't tell you which automation did it.
Releases break something else
Test and Production stopped matching long ago, so every deployment is a gamble someone has to stay up for.
What does an application practice actually fix?
Whatever makes the systems your business runs on unpredictable. Usually it's one of these.
- 01Assessment
A read-only look at how your platform is configured, integrated and released, delivered as a ranked fix list with the effort for each item.
- 02Implementation rescue
Triage of a stalled or failing rollout, a plan your leadership can sign, and delivery that ends with your team owning it.
- 03Implementation
A platform configured for how your teams actually work, not how the demo did. Scoped and signed before it starts.
- 04Integration
Your systems connected through APIs and integration platforms, with failures that alert someone instead of hiding.
- 05Automation
Service, approval and business workflows that run the same way every time, and can be traced when they don't.
- 06Release control
Development, Test and Production that match, with a release path that makes every deployment a decision.
The platforms change every few years, but the ways they fail don't.
That's what we bring: experience across all of these areas, not loyalty to one vendor.
- IT service managementService desks, incident, change and request workflows, and the automation that keeps them moving
- CRM and customer supportSales, marketing and support platforms, and the data that has to stay consistent across them
- ERP and field serviceFinance, billing, scheduling and work orders, and the integrations that move money and jobs
- Monitoring and security toolsObservability and endpoint security wired into how your teams respond
- DevOps and releasePipelines, environments and release gates, so changes reach Production the same way every time
- Integration and automationAPIs, integration platforms and workflow engines, built to fail loudly and be traced quickly
We look before we propose, and you get a plan you can sign.
No one should commit to more work on a system nobody fully understands. The first step is always a look, not a proposal.

Call
Thirty minutes on what's going wrong and what it's costing you.
Read-only assessment
A reader role on your platform, each permission named with its purpose.
Plan
Every finding ranked, with its cause, its fix and the effort. A plan your leadership can sign.
Fix and hand over
We fix it with your team, or your team fixes it with our list. Then a care plan, if you want one.
Our deepest specialism is Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
It's the reason we built our own product, Flow Trace.
The questions buyers usually ask us first.
Last updated
Which platforms do you work on?
More than a hundred over twelve years, across service management, CRM, ERP, field service, monitoring, security and integration. Tell us yours on the first call, and we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.
Can you take over from another partner?
Yes. The assessment is designed for exactly that: a read-only look at what's built, what's broken and what's left, before anyone commits to more work.
Will you tell us to replace our system?
Only if that's genuinely the answer. Most rescues fix the platform you already pay for.
Who actually does the work?
Vince Rauti, the founder. There's no junior bench. If a project needs more hands, you'll know who they are and why before they start.
Do you need admin access?
No. Assessments run read-only. Write access is requested only for agreed fixes, named with its purpose, and removed at handover.
