One offering. One spectrum.
Most shops sell a website OR an app — and bolt AI on at the end as an upsell. We don't. Every build, from a brochure site to a custom platform, is designed AI-first: the model is in the data flow, the routing logic, and the user's mental model. The product wouldn't function the same without it. Pick the shape that fits where you are. Move up the spectrum when you're ready.
Pick a shape.
Tiers indicate feature density and price point — not a fixed product. Every build is unique. Every feature is shaped to your business, your data, your voice, your workflows. The bullets below are what each tier can include; what actually ships gets tuned in scoping. Mix, match, and override at any tier.
A modern, AI-native site for a single business — where the AI is in the workflow, not bolted on. The right starting point when you're replacing a tired Wix or WordPress build.
Up to 6-page bespoke site on Azure
Custom-designed and written from scratch — not a template. Hosted on Microsoft Azure for global speed and audit-grade uptime. Six pages covers most small businesses (home, about, services, contact, plus two more as you grow).
Custom AI agent grounded in your business — 250 conversations/mo
An AI built around your real business — your menu, hours, services, policies, FAQ. Could be a Maître d' for a restaurant, a concierge for a clinic, a service-area expert for a trades shop. Answers customer questions like a senior employee who knows your business cold. 250 conversations a month included; overage billed at cost.
Smart intake — conversational lead capture in your voice
Your contact form, replaced with a quick chat. The AI asks the right questions, collects the right details, and routes a clean structured summary to your inbox — instead of generic "send me info" messages you have to chase down.
Industry-specific filtering where data warrants
When your business has a menu, service list, or inventory, we tag every item by what matters — dietary needs for restaurants, categories for trades, specialties for clinics — and the AI surfaces the slice that matches each visitor. They see their personal version of your offering, not a static list.
SSL · CSP · WCAG AA · Lighthouse 95+
All the technical fundamentals: encrypted connection (SSL), security headers blocking common attacks (CSP), accessible to people using screen readers (WCAG AA), and fast enough to score 95+ on Google's Lighthouse audit. Most small-business sites fail at least one of these.
Schema.org & technical SEO
Structured tags that tell Google, Bing, and AI search engines exactly what your business is — hours, location, services, prices. Without this, search has to guess. With it, you show up correctly in maps, rich results, and AI-generated answers.
8-hour SLA · monthly content updates
Email us with a content change and get a response within 8 business hours. One batch of content updates per month is included — new menu items, updated hours, fresh photos, swapped headshots — handled.
A site that actually works the channel for you — visitor-adaptive copy, social posting, content drafting, qualified lead routing, all in your voice.
Everything in Foundation
Every feature in the Foundation tier is included — bespoke site, custom AI agent, smart intake, industry-specific filtering, security & SEO fundamentals. Active layers on top.
Custom AI agent scaled to 1,000 conversations/mo
Same custom agent as Foundation, with 4× the monthly conversation budget. As your traffic grows, the AI handles more inbound without running out of headroom.
Visitor-adaptive content — copy reflows by intent & referrer
Someone arriving from a "wedding venue" Google search sees your site framed for weddings; someone from a corporate-event ad sees corporate framing. The page reads itself based on where the visitor came from and what they're looking for, instead of showing the same generic copy to everyone.
Social posting & mention alerting (IG · LinkedIn · FB · X)
We draft and schedule posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) in your voice. Plus alerts when someone tags or mentions your business — so you can respond before a complaint becomes a review.
4 AI-drafted blog posts & monthly newsletter
Four blog posts a month plus a customer newsletter, drafted in your voice and reviewed before publishing. Useful for SEO and customer recall — most small businesses ship zero of these.
CMS admin · review queue · GBP prompts
A simple admin panel where you can edit site content yourself any time. A review queue showing what the AI is about to publish — so you can approve or tweak before it goes live. And monthly prompts to refresh your Google Business Profile (Google's free business listing) so it doesn't go stale.
4-hour SLA · monthly review
Email us, response within 4 business hours (vs. 8 on Foundation). Plus a 30-minute monthly review where we walk through analytics, AI agent transcripts, and what's working.
For regulated industries and growing operators — full AI surface, voice agent, drip sequences, monitoring, and formal compliance review.
Everything in Active
Every Active-tier feature is included — visitor-adaptive content, social posting, content pipeline, CMS admin, faster SLAs. Advanced layers on top.
24/7 AI voice agent (web + phone)
An AI that picks up the phone and talks to callers, plus a voice option on your website for visitors who'd rather speak than type. Books appointments, answers questions, takes messages — 24/7. (Restaurant: takes after-hours reservations. Clinic: triages after-hours calls. Trades shop: schedules estimates while you're on a job.)
SMS / email drip sequences
Automated text and email sequences for new leads, returning customers, or specific events — personalized in your voice. Welcome flows, win-backs, service reminders. Sent without you remembering.
Industry-specific compliance review
Healthcare, legal, financial, and real-estate marketing each have rules about what you can claim. (Real-estate example: agents can't make "best in city" claims under RECO rules.) We run your AI agent's outputs through a compliance layer that enforces your industry's rules so you don't get caught off-side.
24/7 uptime & AI feature monitoring
We watch your site and AI features around the clock. If a model fails, latency spikes, or a feature returns nonsense, we get paged before your customers notice. You wake up to a green dashboard, not a customer complaint.
Quarterly security & SEO audit
Every three months: a security review (new vulnerabilities, certificate expiries, dependency updates) and an SEO audit (where you rank, what's slipping, what content gaps competitors are exploiting). Written report, not just a dashboard.
2-hour SLA · weekly priority queue
2 business hours from your email to our response. Plus weekly check-ins (vs. monthly on Active) — so things move at the pace your business actually runs.
When the build is complex enough to need its own architecture — multi-tenant platforms, SaaS MVPs, B2B customer portals, supply-chain operations, ecommerce platforms, internal tools. Bespoke, scoped, shipped.
Discovery Sprint with full prototype build & live demo
Two weeks. We come back with a working prototype you can click through, a live demo of your real workflow, an architecture document, and a fixed-price build quote. Not a deck — an actual running thing.
Multi-tenant where needed · auth · billing
If your product serves multiple customer accounts (each with their own data, users, and settings), we build the multi-tenant architecture, login system, and subscription billing wiring from day one. Most platforms regret skipping this.
AI grounded in your data, voice & rules
The AI knows your data — not generic "company info." It speaks the way your team speaks. And it follows your specific rules — what to never say, who to escalate to, when to hand off to a human.
Observability, evals, audit trail wired in
We can see what the AI is doing in real time. Tests catch when it starts behaving wrong. And every action is logged so you (or an auditor) can trace what happened and why. Most AI products skip this; we build it in from day one.
Codebase & Azure resources delivered
When the build ships, source code lands in your own repository and the Azure infrastructure lives in your own account. If you ever take it in-house or change vendors, the handoff is a half-day. We don't lock clients in with code we won't share.
Sprint credit applies 100% against your build
The $4,999 you paid for the Discovery Sprint isn't an extra fee — it's a down payment. If you proceed with the build, the full $4,999 comes off the build invoice.
Care from $999/mo after launch
After launch, ongoing care plans start at $999/month — uptime monitoring, model upgrades, content updates, evolution. You're not stuck on the v1 product forever; we keep building.

How a build runs.
Discovery
30-minute call for packaged builds, two-week sprint for custom. We don't move until the scope is clear.
For Foundation / Active / Advanced this is a single scoping call plus a written one-page brief. For Custom, the Discovery Sprint produces a working prototype build with a live demo, an architecture doc, and a fixed-price quote — credited 100% against the build if you proceed.
Design & Lock
Visual direction, sitemap, AI feature plan, content drafts. You sign off before a single page is built.
Component-system selection, AI feature decomposition (which models, which prompts, which guardrails), copy drafted in your voice, and a one-week revision window so the foundation is solid.
Build & Wire AI
Site or app built, AI features grounded in your data and tone, integrations live, staged for review.
Two-week sprints with weekly staging demos, behaviour evals on every AI surface, performance and accessibility budgets enforced, and a clean deploy pipeline so production is one button-press away.
Launch & Care
Go-live, hypercare, then the monthly review cadence — or you take the keys and run it yourself.
Production cutover, two-week post-launch hypercare, codebase and infrastructure handover, and a monthly review of analytics, AI feature usage, and what's queued for the next cycle.
Pay for the consult. Keep the prototype.
$79. One hour with me. A working prototype of your idea, in your hands by the time we meet.
Front-end built. AI wired up. Payment integration shelved as plug-and-play. We walk through it together, you decide if it's worth finishing, and either way the shell is yours.
Talk to the discovery agent
A few minutes with an AI built for one job — pulling the brief out of your head and into a clean shape. What you'd build, who it's for, what "done" looks like.
The agent asks the right questions so you don't have to figure out how to describe what you want — just talk it through. Output is a structured brief that gets attached to your work order and shared with me before our call.
Pay $79
Stripe checkout, one-time. Receipt in your inbox before you close the tab.
No recurring charge. The fee covers a one-hour consultation, the working prototype build, and the right to keep the front-end shell whether you proceed or not. Canadian HST applied where required.
Book your consultation
Pick a time from my live calendar — pulled straight from Outlook. The invite hits both inboxes the moment you confirm.
Booking is wired into my Outlook calendar via Microsoft Bookings, so what you see is what's actually open. Slots typically appear within a two-week window. Need to reschedule? The confirmation email handles it.
Sit tight. We're building.
Your prototype is ready by the time we meet. We walk through it together at your booked slot — surface what works, decide what's next.
The build runs in parallel against the brief from step 1. By the time you arrive at the consultation, the prototype is open, the questions are queued, and a fixed-price offer for the full build is on the table — Foundation, Active, Advanced, or Custom, whichever fits what the prototype proved.
Most ideas don't survive contact with a working version of themselves.
The good ones do.
Includes the consult, the build, and the front-end shell — yours either way.
Add-ons, on demand.
Available on any shape. Pay only when you use them.

Beyond this build.
Most of our engagements start and end here — with an AI-native website or app. Some need more.
Consulting · Strategy that leads to a build
If you need a roadmap before you build — sitemap, AI feature plan, architecture, fixed-price quote — that's a consulting engagement in service of a build.
AI Agents · For when the build isn't a website
When AI needs to live inside the systems you already have — your CRM, your ERP, your operations stack — same engineering bar, different surface.
Common questions.
Which shape fits us?
If you're an existing business that needs a modern site, start with Foundation. If you want that site to do real work in social, content, and lead capture, Active. Regulated industry or multi-location operator? Advanced. Building a product that doesn't exist on the shelf — multi-tenant platform, SaaS MVP, internal tool, B2C app — that's Custom Build, starting with the Discovery Sprint.
What does "AI-native" actually mean?
Simple test: pull AI out and the product breaks. Pull AI out of a typical build and you just lose the chat widget in the corner. We don't fake the line — every tier we ship, Foundation included, has to pass that test. Your custom AI agent — be it a Maître d', a concierge, or a service-area expert — knows your business cold. The smart intake qualifies leads instead of dumping them in a generic mailbox. Industry-specific filtering reflows the menu, services, or inventory for the visitor in front of it. Turn the AI off and your prospect is back to a static brochure that can't answer questions.
Do we own the code, prompts, and AI configuration?
Yes — all of it. Source delivered to your repo. Azure resources documented and transferable. Prompts, evals, and tuning artifacts checked in alongside the code. If you ever take the work in-house, the handoff is a half-day, not a quarter. We don't use lock-in to keep clients — we use the work.
How is AI billing handled?
Included in your monthly fee. We manage model access, rate limits, and the underlying costs. Each tier ships with quotas; overage is billed at cost. No separate API account, no separate bill, no prompt-engineering required from you. For Custom Builds you can also bring your own model account if you prefer — your call.
Can the AI features be tuned for a regulated industry?
Yes — that's deliberate. Healthcare, legal, financial, and real estate copy each runs through a compliance layer that enforces the relevant advertising and conduct rules of your regulator (CCO, CMTO, FSRAO, law society guidelines, etc.). Human review remains the final gate before anything publishes externally.
What about migrating from our existing WordPress / Wix / Squarespace site?
Migration is included on every shape. We pull your existing content, redesign it for the modern stack, redirect old URLs to the new structure (so your SEO equity carries over), and run a parallel period before cutover so nothing breaks for your visitors.
How long does a build take?
Foundation: 2–3 weeks. Active: 4–5 weeks. Advanced: 5–7 weeks. Custom: 2 weeks Discovery + 6–10 weeks build. We move quickly because the scope is clear from day one.
What's the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month. 30 days' notice to cancel. Codebase and Azure resources delivered to you at termination. We earn the renewal every month — we don't trap it with a contract.
Tell us where you are.
One sentence about the business, one about what's missing online, one about where you'd like to be in 90 days. We'll come back with a shape recommendation and a rough scope inside 48 hours.
